I'm pretty sure the repair work was entirely handled by the shop owner who was very friendly and knowledgeable about BMWs. The car now has no lights and runs like a dream. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome and certainly better than the selling dealership would have obviously done. It took about 3 weeks to get my car back, but that was due to the complexity of the issue an understandable extenuating circumstances. End result, I couldn't have asked for better quality workmanship on my car and I'm glad they took the time to make sure my car was actually fixed and running great.”
