They were able to get me in on the day I called, both Chris and Ken were friendly and helpful, and Ken went out of his way to help me with some potential future car care issues. Previously, they had also fixed a flat for free before they closed on a Saturday, which was greatly appreciated. And that's what led me to them today. We own a small business and know how important accurate reviews are to prospective customers. It's disappointing how few businesses offer pleasant and useful customer service. We will be seeing more of these guys in the future - and that's not something I say very often.”

“We've used Pro Collision twice for two separate auto-vehicle accidents on our 2009 Toyota Sienna Van. Pro Collision was recommended to us by our insurer (USAA). Both times Pro Collision did great work. The first incident involved replacing the front bumper, headlight, and repairing damage to our hood. Afterwards painting the parts to match the factory red color. I knocked one star off because it appears that some spots on the front bumper paint are not holding and are starting to flake and peel off (if I recall correctly, it's only been a year/year and a half since the work was completed). I would have expected a longer lasting paint job on the front. The second incident involved a hit and run into the side of our van. Pro Collision repaired the doors and damage and matched the paint to the factory color. You can't even tell there was damage to the vehicle. They also replaced our cracked windshield caused by rock damage. I would consider using them again unless the paint on the second repair starts to have problems at which point I would look elsewhere. But for now, they've done great work, accommodated us with some special requests, and have had great customer service.”
