“I really like living here! I’ve lived here for almost a year and I don’t plan on moving until I leave Portsmouth. My apartment does have dated counter tops and cabinets. The fixtures and hinges in the bathroom are old and rusted. But that doesn’t bother me that much. I have the 1 bedroom with a den and it’s a really great size! The office staff is always super friendly and helpful. Maintenance is wonderful and you never have to wait long for something to be fixed! Usually if you put in a request in the morning it’ll be fixed that day. The package room is a bit annoying since it’s inside the leasing office and can only be accessed during hours the office is open, but not a huge deal. You can get your mail from your mailbox at anytime though. I do wish the pool was open for longer. The pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day but it’s hot enough to be at the pool before and after those dates. The gym is pretty solid for an apartment gym. It has everything you need to get a workout aside from some of the equipment that no apartment gyms have anyway, like a squat rack or leg press. The area is also great! Within walking distance to so much. Harris Teeter is a 3 min drive. I go on walks all the time around the neighborhood and to nearby shops. I always feel safe in the area. Overall I really like it. It’s not perfect but I don’t have any major complaints.”

“Dan and his team are the real deal. I started the process just over a month ago with their team and their was nothing to complain about! I purchased the home remotely from Hawaii and I expected it to be a rough process but I was happily mistaken. Brad, Dan's brother and co-worker, went and viewed a number of homes quickly and in great detail with high quality videos and commentary. We were able to put a bid, negotiate, and close on them home in almost exactly one month! I utilized the mortgage team as well and they made it just as simple. Everything was done remotely and was able to close from the comfort of my own living room. They really go above and beyond and I am usually skeptical of a 5 star review. However, this is by far one company that is totally deserving of such. Honestly I do not think this could have gone any smoother!”

“I have lived in building 295 for about 5 years and have enjoyed living here with the exception of some housekeeping issues that has recently been taken care of. I do not go to the main building (293) often, so I can not speak about the conditions there. I know nearly everyone in this building and socialize with a group of them that are very please about living here. We would love to have basic cable services in this building because TV reception back here is very poor, especially on the first floor, if you can not afford cable.”
