(May 16, 2020, 12:14 pm)Always love going to this locations to get my car maintenance! Griff was a great help with explaining what was going on with my car, as well as finding me a great deal! To make things better they work so quickly, I dropped my car off and within two and a half hours I had it right back, good as new. Highly recommend!
(May 5, 2020, 10:00 am)I dropped my SUV off last week thinking I only had a serpentine belt needing to be replaced, got it done (definitely needed it), and then we figured out I had another issue. Not only did they work with me to get it scheduled, they were nice as hell the entire time. They made a major car repair so easy to take care of, and during this crazy time, it was nice to get things done fast. As long as I'm in Norfolk, my default is going to be bringing my car to Big Al's on Granby. I think I worked with Mike & Scott, these folks are great.

(July 20, 2019, 10:45 pm)Do not be fooled by the outside! This place is awesome and deserves every star. I had an oil change and tire rotation done under and hour ( went in around 2pm on a Saturday) spent under $100 (Tire rotation is free with oil change). If I am in town again, I will be back.
