ET was able to get me in for an appointment quickly and took the time to clearly explain the issues with my car. Recommend to all my family and friends!

(March 30, 2020, 9:30 pm)This review could be long, for the right reasons, but I'd advise this Hampton Roads community to take your car here. They will be busy, and it's for a reason so when he tells you what slot they have, jump on it. When you hear how knowledgeable RT speaks to you, how the techs eagerly respond when called upon, and see his team working you'll be confident your vehicle is in good hands. If they cant get it done, they will refer you to the right people that can. Your team is what we need out here, please keep the integrity flowing. Best of luck for future growth.
(March 15, 2020, 9:54 am)My wife's Honda Odyssey had a strange breakdown, it just stalled and would not restart. We were able to get it restarted and took it to Bay. ET was extremely nice and was able to fit us in to their busy schedule. Great place! We will definitely be going back, I have already scheduled some service on our other vehicle. Highly recommend!!

When my car got flood damage they were fast, efficient, and honest about repairs and prices! I would recommend them to anyone! I relocated here for school and it’s hard to find a trusting auto shop so this was a blessing. Thanks ET!
