“The empanadas were outstanding! Hot, fresh, and delicious. I was also able to enjoy their churrasco. I am more a fan of the Argentinian churrasco, made with skirt steak. Nevertheless the steak was tasty but not quite as good as I had hoped. The service was super friendly and did not take too long. A very nice small family run feel to the atmosphere and the server was very kind and patient as we had a handful of kids with us that day.”

“I loved going to Salon Elite! I was having a hard time finding a place who could cut my curly (3a-b) hair and would understand what I want, but Salon Elite was perfect. I did a (free!) consultation before my actual appointment to talk about my hair and what I wanted, and that helped me to feel comfortable knowing that the salon knew what to do with curly hair. When I had my actual appointment, I felt very comfortable there and was offered drinks and was even given a granola bar. They used curly shampoo on my hair and my hairdresser took extra time to make sure the highlights on my head were even and looking how I wanted. The cut is perfect and just what I asked for! The only reason I took a star off was because the ending style done by the hairdresser left my hair extremely frizzy and without any defined curls, so I had to re-style when I went home, but I understand that styling curly hair can be pretty difficult. I will be definitely returning!”

“The experience and customer service was phenomenal during my visit. Every question I had answered (I ask a lot of questions lol). The gentlemen that helped me made sure I didn’t have to lift a finger while loading my merchandise into my vehicle. Also a lot of items in there I can easily see in my house… made me want to purchase the whole store, but my purse said differently, so fortunately they are still there for everyone else to get the amazing experience I witnessed during my visit.”

“I was so, so incredibly pleased with my massage today. (So much so that I’m writing this review in my car immediately afterwards!) I wish I would have caught my therapist’s name before I left, because she was so attentive to my problem areas. I have severe muscle spasms and knots throughout my shoulders and neck, and she graciously worked out my kinks while continually asking me if I was comfort with the pressure throughout. She also did hot stone work as a courtesy which was so kind, because it isn’t included in the service initially. Along with my deep tissue massage, I did add on the cupping service and it did not disappoint. This establishment is tidy, warm, and so pleasant to be in. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone in the Hampton Roads area... it will be worth the drive! Also, the online booking is so convenient and simple. I was able to schedule for the same day as well. Thank you to the salon for treating me with such care. You’ve made me feel like a brand new person. I hope to stop in when I come back to visit/vacation!”

“Latesha Bailey is an awesome employee! I called in advance to pick some medical records up and I got to the location at 4:28 P.M. I called and tried to open the front door but it was lock. So by this time I'm standing outside by the entrance hoping somebody would answer me or even ask to see what I'm there for. At 4:32 P.M a representative that worked there walked from the side door, made eye contact with me and then kept walking. I asked could she assist me, she didn't. At 4:34 P.M I gave up and was frustrated because at this time people are leaving the building. I walk back to my car and start to get in my vehicle. The following minute, Latesha Bailey came out to asked me did I need help. I told her I was here to pick up medical records that were left at the front desk for me. She asked for my name and went to grab them. She came back in less than 2 minutes. I wanted to highlight her because even when I showed up basically 2 minutes before closing time, noone bother to even see my purposes for being there. She was the only one who showed empathy and concerned enough "After Hours" to ask me what I was outside waiting for. Employees like this deserve alot of recognition because these are the ones who truly show their line of work is more than a job or career. She is invested and really helping people. This was on Oct 2nd.”
