I knew what truck I wanted to look at and didn’t have to deal with the normal dealer hassle of, “well sit down let me show you other options,” and then try to upsell you on something else. He handed me the keys to the truck I wanted to see and told me to take it for a spin and when I got back he didn’t try to pressure me into an immediate sell. When I did decide to buy the next day, James had everything ready to go for paperwork by the time I showed up to the dealership and had me out the door in my new truck in under an hour. I did find it a little hard to find a specific lot during the previews because there was so much on offer, but the staff were friendly and helpful. A great family outing.”
