The Assistant Branch Manager, Naldys effortlessly took care of multiple transactions with expertise and customer care. Each time I have visited this branch the staff are friendly and helpful. I am extremely glad to call this branch my bank! Thank you!

(September 29, 2019, 10:49 pm)I love every single staff member at the Regal Plaza Branch! I reside in Reston, but ride to this branch all the time. Very welcoming, there are folks that come in just to say hello or always there and speak like “friends” Best Bank I have ever had. They send courtesy calls directly & they listen to you!!!! “Hey Josiah” and a huge shout out to the Branch Manager!!!! Wonderful and down to earth. Again “they listen” most banks will not! I highly recommend United Bank....green.....
