“I visited Forever 21in Dulles mall after Christmas. I bought several pairs of earrings, very hip and a wristlet. I also bought a pair of boots, off the table. Very inexpensive and hard. I will never buy boots from them again but, the store is fun and hip. Maybe sandals will be more comfortable on the foot. They are very much in the trend of what's happening today. Their prices were affordable.”

“Been here a couple of times with my kids over the last few years. Never had any issues but I do notice that the staff here tends to be different every year or so so I can't comment on other reviews. The prices here vary a bit so if you are a looking for a good deal, be persistent in your search or come back two to three weeks later if you can't find what you want. If you are flexible and open to options, you just might be able to find something that works for you but wasn't what you were looking for. After all, it is not a huge place with 5000 to 8000 square feet like DSW. We did find what we wanted and were quite happy about it and the quality wasn't half bad. Yes, the staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be but they definitely didn't know everything. That was probably due to corporate communications or training more than anything else.”
