“I just completed Icon Gym’s 6 week challenge and would recommend this program to anyone wanting to jumpstart their fitness journey. Dave’s workout sessions each week were fun yet challenging. So much so that the hours just flew by in the gym. My personal favorite was the tank. His nutrition plan was also easy to follow and a far cry from a meal deprivation plan. In fact, I would say the hardest part of the program was making sure I ate everything I needed to each day. I have always heard people saying that it was best to eat your way to good health, but I never truly believed it until now.
