“This place can be a hit or miss. My sister in law has sensitive skin and likes getting her face waxed here. The Mani pedis are a hit or miss. The women definitely do a better job then the men. Go on a Sunday afternoon when they aren't busy. Once they are busy they make you feel rushed. As with any salon they push their higher priced pedicures and gel manis but get the point that you don't want it. They are clean and don't have stale old equipment. Atmosphere is nice.”

“Laura is a miracle worker. I loved my first appointment so much three years ago my mom and two sisters also switched stylists to now come see her. Without fail she nails it every time. Laura understands every person has different texture and at home style time/ability and works to make sure your haircut and color is manageable and beautiful for YOU. Selfishly I don’t want to recommend her anymore because it’s harder to get an appointment, but you’re missing out if you haven’t booked with her yet.”

Great at giving a consistent cut, but will also cater to changes, if I feel like doing so. Interesting conversations, and always on time. Cristian is very welcoming. “It was that time of year when I needed to have my feet and toes cleaned up so my wife convinced me to accompany her to have my clean-up. Very busy on a weekend and the 10 minutes became a 20 minute wait and as we were about to leave for another facility, they quickly had us sit inside even though we had another wait. Enough employees it seemed just busy. Service was great and my feet and toes ere really cleaned up. My wife had additional services so waited for her. In between water was offered, a nice touch. Have visited before and will do so again, maybe on a week day.”

It was just a completely different experience than what you get from an average run-of-the-mill barber. LG has a sense of artistry and attention to detail that is an unfortunately rare quality in many barbershops today. On top of all that, LG is such a positive and friendly person. “Connie of Face + Crown did my makeup for my wedding and it looked incredible. Honestly, I have never looked that good in my life and I probably never will again without Connie's assistance. It was a huge relief to find someone who was adept at working with South Asians and intuitively knew what colors and products would work for me. I also appreciated that she tailored the makeup to the wedding venue and photographers, so that I could have the best possible pictures. Unlike most makeup artists, Connie also disinfected the makeup and brushes, which probably explains why this is the first time I've gotten professional makeup done and not broken out the next day. Connie was also super nice and responsive and happy to provide general hair and makeup tips and helped keep me calm and happy right before my wedding ceremony.”
