“Let me begin by saying I am a former Bank of America employee, and have had an account with them for 30 years. However, I was recently in Ashburn, to cash a check from a family member. When I walked into Navy Federal, I was greeted kindly by a young lady and then told to wait in line for the next available teller, as it was very busy. After about a 10 minute wait, I was greeted by Jackie, who gave me a big smile and who seemed to like her job. The transaction was very courteous, smooth and professional, and at the end when I said THANK YOU to Jackie, I was then given a response of " no, thank you,.it was my pleasure".. And while that may not seem like a big deal to most people, just that little kindness in today's crazy world goes a long way. So thank you Jackie and staff. You were wonderful and I may just be switching banks here in the near future!”
