This birth place of James Madison is inspiring and comforting all in one. Michelle and Brett are simply amazing, taking you into history and making you feel right at home. Not only can you spend hours touring and reading about this fantastic location. But you can enjoy tea, breakfast and an amazing dinner. Located along the Rappahannock river makes it a perfect venue for relaxation and weddings. This is a must visit location and encourage all to spend some time with Michelle and Brett, you will not regret it. We will be back soon and often.”

“I was heading to Richmond and stopped in for a break. Wow, I was pleasantly surprised that this is a fantastic museum with a wonderful staff and a multiple of neat exhibits. The staff member walked me through all of the exhibits and explain the significance of each one. If I had more time I could have spend at least another two hours. I highly recommend anyone driving through this area to stop and check it out.”
