Stephanie promptly made our appointment and told us there would be no charge for the inspection. We arrive early for our appointment and were greeted by Kevin. Kevin was polite,professional and immediately processed our car for the appointment. He's a Honda expert and has saved me countless dollars by finding more economical solutions that the dealer would never even look for. I can't say enough good things about him. 3/2022 UPDATE: Just dropped by unannounced and showed Jack that my dashboard brake light never turns off. “They try hard to give best customer service. I came for oil change, rotate tires and a recall on my 2018 Honda Pilot which has less than 35,000 miles. It’s under guarantee. To my surprise they wanted to charge for the oil change and tires. I told them I shouldn’t have to pay because for the life of the car it’s free where I bought it and other Priority Dealerships it’s free cause of the guarantee. The young lady was surprised. I was told they are not Priority.”

“Would like to say thank you. I had been through an issue with Firestone the last two days. I came to APA upset and stressed that Firestone had my truck for two days and ended up not attempting to fix my brake caliper. APA took me under their wing and assured me they will and could fix the issue. I left relived that I was going to be able to get back on the road to El Paso. After checking in they offered me transportation if I needed it. I actually took the ride back to Firestone to pick up the borres car I had left behind earlier. Mind you, they were booked and busy although Within hours I received a call with a detailed explanation of what the issue was and the way forward to fix it. Upon approval, within hours I was called and told my truck was ready for pick up. Cleanliness was great, customer service was amazing, truly felt like I’ve been going to the wrong places for repairs. Quality work, with great customer service is a win in my books”

“Kyle and the crew from American Pride are extreme professionals, very knowledgeable and customer service eccentric. I’ve never known an auto shop to send photos of what needs to be repaired with an explanation for why the repair is recommended. American Pride did this for every repair. Only after consulting with me did they move forward with the repair. After completing all repairs, they actually drove my Corvette to ensure the repairs were good to go, i.e. no leaks, squeaking, etc. I’ve owned vehicles for 21 years and have taken them to shops literally all over the globe. Never have any one of them ever taken photos of the repairs, sent them to me with notes of the repairs, completed the repairs and then test drove for quality assurance! They even recommended a mechanic for a repair they couldn’t do. American Pride gets 10 stars out of five from me! Job well done Kyle and crew!”

“Crows Garage is an awesome shop. Straight forward, Very reasonable priced. All the technicians and state inspectors are very outstanding at their jobs. I would give it 10 stars but it will only allow me 5. It's 06/13/2022. So this is a revised update. I see a lot of negativity about them failing for inspections. As a state inspector from a different shop I can tell you that they are completely correct. Your turn signals have to be amber in the front, amber or red in the rear. There are certain things that I've read that Y'all have said that I would fail as well. Do you want a safe car or not? A rear turn signal flashing white could be mistaken for a reverse light. They follow the law and so do I. If in doubt after a rejection sticker take it to the state police and they will inspect it and tell you the same thing.”
