Renarldo at store # 6131 is a great employee & the customer service is exceptional. Needed some push pins for the splash guards on our 2016 Nissan. Renaldo went outside to the car to ensure he was selling us the correct push pins and then even went back outside a second time and installed them after we purchased them. Customer service doesn't get any better than that.

Renarldo/Reno was very helpful. He was able to assist me in finding what was wrong with my car and provide me with options and solution. I never been to the auto zones were they are so efficient and fast. I definitely recommend going there.

I had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at any autozone last week. I came in looking for items to do an oil change and Adrie-Anne told me about the package deal they currently had. She was very knowledgeable, accommodating, professional, and had great enthusiasm while helping me. I will definitely be returning to this location

Today was the day I met Steven. I walked into this store and was greeted immediately by him. He did not seem bothered or taken off task, like I have experienced at other stores, he was in beat to help me or anyone that would have come through their door. He tested my old battery, and found that the battery was bad. He informed me that prices were going up on them, but that he would help me find one. Once we worked through our transaction, he installed my newly purchased battery professionally. Thank you Steven. We need more like you in this world. Great customer service!!!

Reno was incredibly helpful and extremely heart warming! He gave me a peace of mind by helping me check and replace my battery. Then he replaced my wipers & filled up my washer fluid!! Wonderful service! From him & josh! Thank you!!!
