DICK'S Sporting Goods

Most of the departments was unorganized. Clothes were not neatly presentable. I'm assuming it was due to low staff. It is still a great store to shop because they have a huge stock of athletic clothes.

WOW! Hands down the best, and biggest location I have ever visited! The selection was outstanding, the staff was very courteous and very pleasant! When I needed help with getting an item down off the shelf, the help was immediate and I didn’t have to go searching for someone to help me with.

Took my kiddos here to get out of the cold rain. Great selection of stuff. Decent prices. The store had some minors leaks. That was the only con. The pros: the customer service was so good. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We must have been asked 10x if we needed help finding anything. At the register we had Woodstock, who was just an absolute joy to chat with. He was so sweet to the kids and helpful with our item pricing issue. Good customer service is hard to find anymore but we were very pleased with the fellows at this Dick’s store.
