“I was very impressed with Alan Conner. My wife was involved in a relatively minor accident that caused front end damage to her 2020 Honda CRV. We were obviously concerned about how the vehicle would act after being involved in an accident with all of the new technology. During the process, there was a delay due to parts, but I'll give Noah and the team credit for reaching out to everyone they could to find the parts. I was also very impressed with the phone calls from Sarah twice a week. Even if the vehicle wasn't ready, it was impressive to see a company that calls you to keep you informed. Lastly, I waited about a month to write this review because I wanted to see how the vehicle performed after the repairs. We are blessed that the vehicle is functioning as it should and (knock on wood) there have been no issues. We have never had to use a collision company so this has been a first for us and we have been really happy with everything. I would highly recommend Alan Conner Collision.”
