A clean warehouse, free access to the toilet, friendly workers who help with loading (only those that are transported in a convenient manner). The product is almost always intact. Ample parking, convenient access, convenient large garbage container. Sometimes very good things are thrown into the trash, sometimes even new ones in packages. Generally this is a good warehouse!

I can’t say enough about John and manny and the staff here. As a small business owner it’s difficult to find good customer service. But let me tell you if you choose to use this company as your wholesaler, or just a purchase or build a business with you can’t go wrong. I’ve been on jobs and had a product that wasn’t operating correctly and John oersonally delivered it from Henrico to Norfolk dame day for me himself!!!! Anytime I call manny is personal friendly and on top of everything, and call ahead it’s pulled ready to go for me. You guys are top notch if I could give you 10 stars I would because this type of customer service is exactly what’s needed in this industry. We appreciate all of your staffs collective efforts to help us succeed and with that you e built a lifelong partnership for the future. Thank you guys and as always see you tomorrow.

We have been doing business with John and Manny for almost a year now. Their overall company, this particular office, is top notch. Being a business owner, I can honestly say that we would be more than ecstatic to have either one of them working for us because they are punctual, prompt, and always have a solution if we run into a problem. They are very accommodating and flexible to help meet anyone schedule. They also do a fantastic job keeping all materials stocked.
