I felt respected and heard, but we had a few laughs along the way. The loan team was also great. They worked with me to get the best deal possible and genuinely seemed to have my best interests at heart. I was pleasantly surprised to be paid the amount of money that I expected to pay. (No crazy curve balls or sticker shock toward the end). Cesar was the man. Corrine and Megan did a great job with helping me understand the paperwork during closing.
