“I reached out to Dr. Steve because my marriage was in trouble. Being married for 15 years with two kids, two dogs and several businesses between us was taking a huge toll on our relationship. “I traveled for work the past few years and this was my first stay in a Marriott hotel. This hotel is definitely one of the top nicest hotels I've stayed in ! The interior is amazing but I am more pleased with the customer service in this hotel. The first receptionist Bunny personally took time to come to the floor of our room to help with a minor issue we had with the key cards. She was so kind and made our stay very comfortable. The second receptionist Ivan made us appreciate this hotel even more ! While we payed for an extra night, the phones were ringing, guests were waiting behind me and It seemed he was also having an issue with the card reader but he kept his composure so well ! His calm manor during what I would've considered a stressful moment was very professional. Would absolutely stay here again if we are back in Richmond, VA.”
