“I needed a new bulb in my headlight, I stopped in first thing on a Saturday morning and was seen right away. The technician fixed my light right there in the parking lot. You have to take the whole assembly off to change it and he was friendly and quick. They also checked my regular and high beams before I paid and left. I also felt the price was very fair. If they're back to doing state inspections by the time I need mine I'll give them a try!”

“Audio one did great with my new tint on my impala. It looks awesome! Anthony at the front desk was very helpful. He mentioned ceramic tint which I had no idea what it was at the time. He did not put any pressure into using it which is surprising from usual. He basically just mentioned check it out and let me know. After doing my own research ceramic was the way to go and I am glad I did. They also managed to work this into there already busy schedule and finished it the next day before 4pm as I requested. “We called Rick Hendrick on a whim and with a bit of hope. We were looking for a vehicle that was seemingly impossible to find but the website said they had exactly what we were looking for. At this point we had already called six other dealerships across the country whose websites claimed they also had the exact vehicle in stock, but were already sold. The first time we called Rick Hendrick we spoke with John Butler (very nice phone presence). He told us the same dreaded news, the vehicle was already spoken for😢 but he did say that he would keep us posted on whether or not the deal moved forward. I wrote it off as a bust and we were ready to not purchase a new vehicle. On a Monday night I received a call from John Butler asking if I was still interested in the vehicle. 🥳 The next morning we met John before the dealership even opened and proceeded with the deal. Here's the thing about John and Rick Hendrick. While almost every other dealership we spoke with seem to be taking advantage of the current world circumstances and taking advantage of people by tacking on unethical "premiums" that range from $10-25k on top of sticker price, Rick Hendrick did not. The deal was exactly what was advertised, the employees were amazing and so very friendly, we were there for a while and it was like spending the day with family.
