“I bought 3 pizzas last Sunday for a work meeting (delicious as always). I called ahead and they were very busy and I could not get thru to pizza bakery to pre-order. By the time I arrived, I was quite annoyed.... Only to find this amazing woman holding down the fort like a champion. Amira was working alone, taking orders, making pizzas, dealing with a few rude customers and never stopped. She stayed calm, friendly and professional to everyone. I even noticed she never took a shortcut with any Covid19 hygiene practices. I hope the management sees her value. I tried to give her a tip and she would have no part of it. And as far as management being short handed, I am a business owner and know all too well that you cannot predict employees unexpectedly calling out or waves of heavy traffic surprising you. “Audio one did great with my new tint on my impala. It looks awesome! Anthony at the front desk was very helpful. He mentioned ceramic tint which I had no idea what it was at the time. He did not put any pressure into using it which is surprising from usual. He basically just mentioned check it out and let me know. After doing my own research ceramic was the way to go and I am glad I did. They also managed to work this into there already busy schedule and finished it the next day before 4pm as I requested.
