Great place to workout. People are courteous and friendly. Love the overall atmosphere! It has everything that I was looking for. Would highly recommend.
Great experience lots to do for workout very clean
Went to my first Silver Sneakers class. It was great! The instructor kept us moving for 30 minutes and she was so nice. Everyone is super friendly. Totally enjoyed this morning.💜
A wonderful environment for kids and families to exercise and start healthy. Also with it being a church I feel secure in what they are teaching and showing the kids. Very kind and generous people are here.
