“Wonderful option to enjoy the VIR racetrack, our room was comfortable, well equipped, convenient, only thing (is not to their fault) we couldn't find food for the night, so we learned we need to bring it with us. Far from the noise but so close to the action, recommend 100%. Check out was weird because we just left and never talked with no one and no instructions left.”

“Last weekend my husband stayed at Villa Cathedral and we were SO happy with our time there! We stayed in the upstairs Champange room - it was so neat and clean. The bathroom is super nice and the owners really care about your comfort. There were 100% Egyptian cotton towels, the bed sheets were super high quality and soft, and the mattress was extremely comfortable. Also, the breakfast that was provided every morning was totally delicious and freshly cooked. This bnb is located super close to VIR and they are constantly making improvements to the property as well. If you are looking for somewhere nice to stay you've found a gem! Definitely recommend!”

“Ate dinner here two nights. The menu is limited but what they offer is superb. Most nights the menu is burgers, barbeque sandwich, chicken sandwich or salads. That doesn't sound like much but the items are prepared to an extremely high standard. The fried green tomatoes as an appetizer are excellent. On friday and saturday the chef prepares a choice of two entrees, in addition to the items above. Basically you are coming to the chef's house for dinner. Our choices were a rib eye which most of my group had. The alternative was chicken and waffles which I selected. If a five star restaurant ever served chicken and waffles this is it. The fried breast chicken was cut up into strips The waffles were actually sweet potatoes cut up in waffle style. I don't know how to describe the sauce that was drizzled but it was amazing. The best part was real maple syrup infused with a touch of jalapeno. It was just enough for a spark not overly hot. Once of the best meals I ever had. I can't wait to go back someday.”
