“I was pleasantly surprised to find very tasty Mexican food in rural Virginia. The tortilla soup was particularly good. The carnitas were tender, juicy, & well seasoned. The chicken fajitas were also juicy & well seasoned. The portions are very generous. There was no way we could finish it all. The margarita was very nice with a decent amount of alcohol. I'm sure they'll all be just as excellent tomorrow. My only issues were small... The soup came after the rest of my meal. They didn't bring tortillas with the meal, & either the rice or beans (it was hard to say) were kind of sweet. I didn't expect that. Will definitely come again the next time we're in the area.”

“Went there this morning for breakfast. Upon seating was asked by a great server, Tara. Whom brought our drinks and oversaw our eating experience with care and making sure both of us were well cared for. I'd ordered a "bankers" special. (Consisting of 2 eggs, home fries, sausage and English Muffin.) Companion ordered the Southern Belle (2eggs, home fries, toast, and Country Ham) Both meals, were EXCELLENT.. Well proportioned and cooked with care... All I can and will say by being local guide, this diner is the place to check out. Whether by locals or travelers. Well worth the trip.
