“The appointment itself went well. The CNA and pediatrician were both very nice and friendly. They also got us from the lobby within 5 minutes of checking in, maybe less. I took my child in for a physical and they made it very fun for her. When we entered the main entrance though, it was a ruckus. It was super chaotic. One of the receptionists was able to flag me down to approach her window. It was challenging to communicate with the receptionist since it was pretty loud in the main lobby. That’s probably my only complaint. Maybe it’s not always like this. However, it is a general clinic with several departments so I get it.”

“I am former U.S. Army Special Operations, A former Police Officer of nine years and currently a Special Agent for the government with the last eight plus years spent in war zones and high risk locations. I say that to say that I understand and have experienced training and that I know a good instructor when I see one. What sold me on Venom and mainly Joel, its founder and head instructor, had everything to do with Joel. If you cant pass on knowledge you are not a teacher. Joel is a teacher. I was also sold on venom itself because it is a real world method of combat. I learned things the first week that immediately improved my unarmed skill set. Lastly Joel and his family believe in what they are doing. They have a passion to share it with others and improve all of their student's ability to defend themselves as well as get in great shape. Throughout my career I have been exposed to a multitude of armed and unarmed fighting styles and methods. I'm here to tell you that Joel and his Venom program have replaced a lot of less applicable techniques I carried in my toolbox.
