The owners were nothing but committed to providing the very best childcare at a more than reasonable price. When I started in May Ms. Jen made it consistently clear that the babies come first. She planned all the activities herself so that the only thing teachers had to do was keep the babies engaged and safe. I had blast working in the toddler room. Don't get me wrong it was extremely strenuous but Ms. Jen always tried to see the good in every situation. She was a tough boss to work for because she set high standards, but at the same time the quality was consistent.
