“I've been working out here for a few years. The atmosphere is great. It's not super crowded so that you have to wait for equipment. The people that work out here are friendly and willing to rotate in or offer a spot. There are plenty of free weights, weight machines, and cardio machines. The former manager, Lance, was super helpful and friendly. This has carried over to the new manager, Katrina, who has brought in a great attitude to the environment. She is super friendly with the quests, offers great health tips, keeps the environment spotless, and provides a positive and welcoming atmosphere to workout in.”

“2/26/16 I see Dr. Dias. She is very sweet and compationate. Examines thoroughly, listens and is happy to answer any questions you may have. I have never had any problems with insurance being that I have BCBS. Also they get my paper work and lab results to me in a timely manner. I have switched to this practice from a practice I went to for 25 years. Waiting time is never an issue and staff is friendly. I would recommend this practice to family and friends.”
