“I had taken five sweaters to a different dry cleaner, and when I got them back the smell was horrendous. Imagine a combination of mold and body odor. At first I thought the smell would clear, but after a month not only was it still there, it had also infected some of the other clothes in my closet. Oh, and not only did these items reek, the cleaner had shrunk one of my sweaters. Enter Spectrum Cleaners. We dropped the initial five sweaters off, as well as the newly infected items, and explained to the kind lady what had happened. She said she would take care of it - including bringing the shrunken sweater back to a human size. We picked the items up on Saturday and everything smells AMAZING! I’ve never been so happy to inhale the scent from my sweaters...but the neutral smell (compared to the stench that had lived there) was music to my nose! Also, I’m happy to report that my once doll-sized sweater is now fit for a normal sized adult! I could not be happier! From now on Spectrum Cleaners is our dry cleaner of choice!”
