“Arguably THE BEST place you can either board or take your dog for a veterinary visit. Every single employee I interacted with there were always professional and friendly. Even the other dogs there were comfortable. Well fed, exercised normally. Very clean facilities, sits on 6 acres so there is SPACE!!!!! I will never take my wolf hybrid anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!! Go without your pet and you would be impressed. I love that place and the people that work there.”

“I can not recommend this practice highly enough. I took one of my 17 year old cats in to be seen, and unfortunately made the choice to put her down because her quality of life was in decline. The staff was very sympathetic and kind, the vet who treated her was knowledgeable and straightforward. Dr. Vanderhoof was amazingly patient with my kids’ presence during the first visit (I didn’t have time to find a babysitter), and was so gentle with Minion during the exam and during the process of putting her down. I just wanted to say thank you to your team for their kindness and professionalism. I picked up her ashes, collar, and paw prints today and was touched by the care taken with her remains. Thank you for treating her with such kindness and making the loss a little more bearable for our family. We’ll be bringing her brother to you for his check-ups from now on.”

They take care of my Persian cat, Prince and let me tell you there is no better customer service anywhere around here in NOVA! If anything is wrong or if I just need grooming (he has to be sedated) they take the best care of him! They also take time to explain everything to me! Even the cost, before they do anything they call me. I highly, highly recommend Banfield in Chantilly! Everyone from the front to the doctors are amazing!! Thank you Banfield! When we unfortunately had to put one of our cats down they were sympathetic and made the terrible experience as calming as possible for both us and our baby girl.
