Juned is a great trainer. Very professional. He tailors the training to your needs and physical goals. I have been training with him for past 6 weeks and I already notice improvements on my techniques. From my first day of training to present, Juned has been an awesome trainer! He is very enthusiastic, energetic, and welcoming. He is also extremely patience there has been many times I was not picking up a technique and he never showed frustration or loss of patience.
