Not only did they come out to the house when I asked them to come (due to a business meeting conflict) the guy did a superb job, was polite, made sure that everything was perfect before he left. “Kramer and Sons was great. Scheduling was easy and fast and the woman who helped me on the phone was very nice. The plumber who came out, Juan, may be my new favorite person. My husband and I bought our house in the spring and have been putting off a few plumbing fixes (bathtub faucet pipe was too long, small drip in the basement, lead gasket at the main water shut off valve). Juan explained everything he was going to do and why and was really quick in making the repairs. He even offered some solicited advice on how we could fix other things ourselves, like a semi-clogged bathtub. He communicated well, left everything tidy, and was just generally pleasant to be around. Prices were reasonable and all of the repairs he made look great. I would definitely use Kramer and Sons again and I would request Juan specifically.”
