Everyone I encountered was pleasant and friendly, from the security guard, to the woman who checked me in, to Ms. Ford who processed my paperwork. Ms. Ford was awesome. She was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. I'm sorry that others have had such bad experiences, but mine was super.”
