Such a great studio, with fantastic class options and great instructors. I love the vibe and all I learn in every class with them!

Full disclosure: I know the co-owners of TYE personally, and consider Gretchen and Shadia to be friends. That’s important because they came into my life in the last few years when I started being more selective with who enters my life. I want to be surrounded by positive force and energy that enhance my life. That is reflective of both of their personalities, the way they run their business, and the yoga they share with their students. Stop by their new facility for a class, and you’ll feel refreshed in mind, body, and spirit, as I always have.

STRONGLY RECOMMEND! We did poses here that I’ve never done before and the mobility and stretching flow was really awesome and restorative. Really cool environment and badass mix with jiu Jitsu and MMA in the same environment.

Gretchen is a really warm, upbeat, and motivating instructor. With her encouragement I was able to get into poses that I didn't even know I was able to do. I left feeling energized and ready to take on the rest of the day.

I took my first yoga class here and it was a great experience. The instructor was welcoming and patient. She modified some poses for me due to my inexperience. She also gave me tips for stretching. Lavender towels were a nice touch as well
