“Coming up Lee Hwy. from Merrifield to Fairfax Circle I noticed Hayley’s Laundromat Wash & Fold set far back, much deeper set-back from street than normal, in ultra tiny strip center. Fairfax Circle is in one of my critical travel paths so other than inconvenience of deep setback and tight parking I thought it was worthwhile to give HLWF an audition. I had been using wash & fold service at Maple Cleaners on Maple Ave. in Vienna. I have been dedicated, loyal, regular at MC for many many years for dry cleaning and a couple years ago started using their wash & fold service. I was satisfied with their product, clothes came back clean, neatly folded and nicely packaged. But after a couple years I noticed their wash & fold service had become a bit pricey. So, the audition was on and I made a drop off at HLWF. I was astonished at HLWF lightening speed turn-around. Washed and folded laundry is ready for pickup in 24 hours. Amazing! I do not need the rapid speed turn-around but am hugely impressed. A couple days later picking up the audition laundry I found that clothes were clean, neatly folded and nicely packaged at 1/3rd less cost than MC. HLWF service $1.00 /lb cash only. I still use MC for dry cleaning but am thoroughly delighted by HLWF. Turn-around is fast because service is performed on the premises. Behind counter space is limited so they need fast customer pickup keeping work flowing not hanging around taking up valuable space. It is family owned and operated business. They are genuine and serious minded vis a vis their business. It is a pleasure being a HLWF customer.”
