“Very positive experience. I have visited both for medicine and for the Covid19 test and both times the service has been great. I got my results within 48 hours and although that isn't always the case I was delighted to have such a quick result. As for the service it's very professional as they only monitor you as you insert the swab into your own nose. It's still uncomfortable but it is a little less invasive. As for the customer service on the phone and on the counter it's outstanding. Definitely recommend it.”
