U-Pack

U-pack is fantastic! They have some of the best pricing and they have the kindest people in customer service. They truly value their customers and are flexible. Working with them was the easiest part of my move. I highly highly recommend u-pack. I used them twice and each time I was thrilled with their service.

U-Pack was a great choice for our move from Cleveland,OH to Richmond,VA. The process and timeline is clearly laid out on their website, which is very helpful for someone as calculated as I am. The delivery crew will place the storage containers exactly where you want them. I love that they require the storage boxes need to be locked before they get picked up to get transported to their final location. You don't have to be there when the containers get picked up. All in all, I love this service. I probably wouldn't recommend it for transporting items you really care about unless you get it professionally packed. I didn't do a great job packing things securely and a few heavy items got tossed around within the container, but hey... it's a multi-state move- I anticipate that. 5 stars.

I used this service to move from Southern California to Richmond, Virginia. I was referred by my old boss who moved to Utah to use this service and suggested it due to its very affordable pricing.

Moving across the country went smoothly while using this service. They dropped off my container 11/9/2020, Picked it up 11/11/2020, and arrived at my requested location 11/19/2020. I finished unloading 11/20/2020.

The container for the most part is very clean, mine only had a little dirt that I swept out. Also remember to secure your items they WILL get tossed around if you don't secure them. They do not use conventional strap hooks either, they use a commercial style strap that goes into a little rectangular notch on the walls of the container.

Communication needed is very minimal and straightforward. From there you can track your container like any package on their website.

Overall Great service from a reputable company, and reccomend it to anyone who needs to move across multiple states.

I had some not so good experiences in the past. So I have to say I was totally impressed at the service received U-Pack. They were on time(guaranteed delivery), reliable, responsive and got our things with no damage. Their online tracking gave the view of what is happening through out the move process. They also were reasonably priced in comparison to other similar companies. Would highly recommend to my friends and colleagues and will use them in the future!
