I was seen by Dr. Patel for wound care. The outlook was not good for keeping my toe. She was concerned but she had a plan. We worked together to get my foot to heal. Her memory and bedside manor are outstanding. My foot recently got infected again due to callous build up. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Patel. She was on maternity leave so I saw Dr. Karen at the Henrico office. Dr. Karen = Awesome. She picked right up where Dr. Patel left off. We worked together and got my foot healed again. Now we are doing preventive maintenance. I have learned alot from these awesome Doctors. With the diabetic neuropathy and the ulcer in my foot I need to stay ahead of injury. I am so lucky to have these great people on my team.”
