Was helped without hesitation and was not treated as if 'you don't know Jack' about the bicycles sold. Taylor,I think it was, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend the store to others due to knowledgeablity of the staff and presentation of the products there

Love this bike shop. They were very helpful and honest staffs. They were able to adjust brakes for 2 bikes and also remove some non essential bike accessories all in the same day at a reasonable price. I checked with 3 other bike shops and they ask me to drop off the bikes and they will repair it two weeks from now. Thank goodness for Carytown Bicycle Company.
