Gold's Gym Westchester Commons

This location is amazing!
The staff is friendly and even gave me a brief tour.
There's a lap pool, spacious sauna, women's section and basketball court. There's plenty of equipment here, this is a larger gym.

I joined this gym a few weeks ago, and I want to share what an awesome experience it has been. It's been years since I've stepped foot in a gym and was immediately made to feel relaxed and welcomed. There was no pressure, just good vibes and an atmosphere I knew I could feel at home in. I joined after touring the facility and immediately signed up for personal training.

I was paired with Joshua Roberson, and all I can say is that it's been the best decision I've ever made in my life. I'm feeling stronger, healthier, and happier, and all of the folks who frequent here are encouraging and there for the exact same reason.

If you're looking for a fantastic facility with everything you need to transform your life for the better, this is the place. And definitely seek out Joshua. He's an incredible trainer and knows how to motivate and encourage you to get the results you want.
