“I usually go to the Colonial Heights location, but due to time restrictions, I switched to the Chester location. I have nothing but great things to say about the stylists that have cut my hair. Being a female going into a known "male" hair cutting facility because I have a short short haircut, and not everyone can do it, but if familiar with a short hair cut such as a men's haircut, they are spot on and always make sure to soften it up to make it looks feminine and not like the box, straight edge look men tend to get. The ladies are always friendly and knowledgeable about styles and products.”

“Barbara is the new owner, Wade is no longer there. The reviews on this site from a few years ago are no longer applicable. The first thing Barbara did was to give the place a top to bottom cleaning, it really needed it. The smoke on the walls was three layers thick. She has cut my hair several times since my former barber passed away a year ago. She gives a good hair cut, and discounts for law enforcement, military and veterans.”

I was getting my hair cut due to a medical condition and it was a very emotional experience for me. Bethany was so sweet and encouraging. Then a few days later, I received a card in the mail from her. So I was not just a client in her chair that Saturday; I was a client she prayed for and that she continued to follow up with. “Always a pleasure. I've known lily over 14 years now, and all my family get their nails done with her, and they also have their pedicures done by the employees there. I love how she cares about each or her clients, getting to know each one on a personal level to make them feel special to her at each visit. Tyler is a wonderful nail artist. There is a slight language barrier in his American-English communication. However, he is very risilient in making sure he spends the extra time communicating with his clients to make sure he's 100% sure he's understood their needs and demands trying to be achieved from their visit. Ultimately his effort and talent pay off by now great his work turns out! Would recommend this place to anyone!”
