“Customer service oriented & professional. Explained & showed operation & condition of unit. Provided an extra service to show how part should look. Gave recommendations. Offer was 24 point tune up but some of items were not completed or didn’t show on checklist of items completed (e.g. Apply protective coating to outside of unit; clean & inspect filters; lubricate all moving parts; adjust balancing dampers; test crankcase heaters; test capacitors; inspect flue pipe; verify flue draft; clean ignition assembly; tune burners; clean burner assembly. Also for previous tuneups this has been an issue & an area company can improve.”
