“Dr Light is a good doctor. He's smart, he spends a reasonable amount of time with me, he listens, he is knowledgeable, doesn't make off the wall nonsensical recommendations that makes his patient scratch his or her head and say WHAT?? And if I don't understand he'll give me an explanation instead of getting all high and mighty and saying "I'm the doctor, do as I say" like some doctors do. And he is able to think out of the box. Unlike many in his profession who just can't. I fully recommend Dr Light. Now. His front office billing staff? Ha. They are none of the above. I had a visit and lab work. I told 3 people that I am on Medicare. They wrote down my info, copied my Medicare card and told me they would fax a work order for further diagnostic testing to the hospital and the hospital would call me. 3 weeks go by. No call from hospital. But I got a bill from the doctor's office and LabCorp saying I owed the full amount because..... they billed the insurance company I had previous to Medicare. I had to go to the doctor's office and explain again about Medicare. They made more copies. They said they'd take care of both bills and this time really fax the hospital. Yesterday I got a bill from LabCorp, past due because they are still billing the wrong insurance company. So back to the doctor's office I go tomorrow to see if I can get them to do what they tell me they are going to do. This is not the first screw up either Dr Light.. Awesome Front billing office. Fire them all and start new. Just my opinion”

“I just can't say enough about Dr. Ryan Light and the entire staff at TPMG. They are polite, professional and caring and do not hesitate to go the extra mile for patients. Dr. Light has called me back after hours on at least 5 different occasions, two of which saved my mom's life, as she has advanced dementia, congestive heart failure, and now the end stages of pancreatic cancer. I simply do not have the words on how to thank Dr. Light and his entire team for helping me, my mom, and my entire family get through this very emotional and stressful time on our lives.”

“Carney and the staff were beyond fabulous. There was a mishap with the sitter for my 4 year old son, so I brought him. He has come before and usually sits very well and watches my phone. NOPE NOT TODAY. He had an absolute screaming melt down because he wanted to ride the elevator more. I was mortified, and started to panic. The nurses were so kind and one of them in particular got him to calm down so fast. And my filler services were impeccable, as usual. I will always keep coming back. “I would give this rating a 5 star if I didn't have to deal with his staff. Dr. Simmons has been the best dentist I have even seen. His bedside manners are off the chart. He communicates with you during the entire process. Always checking to make sure you are not in pain , and if you are, he will stop, and do whatever it takes to get you back to comfortable. My, spouse is a patient, and i have referred my, sister, and few friends to him. However, his staff continuously makes me wanna know find a different dentist. Before the pandemic, the woman that use to do the cleaning and Dr. Simmons were the only two who never had attitudes. When I needed a referral for an oral surgeon, that never happened. I had to find my own surgeon, schedule appt. And because I was in so much pain,the surgeon took care of me with any referral. Can never get any one on the pjone.( I know they are close 1 to 2 for lunch. But outside those hours.still no response. Then I walked into the office the next morning because I needed my afternoon appt rescheduled. Little miss attitude gonna charge me $30 cancelation fee. The word cancel was never mentioned. I said rescheduled. And if she had tookr my call the day before, it would be over 24 hours RESCHEDULING. Friends that were referred have left the practice for the same reason. Sad so sad,an awesome dentist but awful staff”
