Paul Jackson: Allstate Insurance

I needed to use Paul Jackson's Allstate services one time in 8 yrs after a deer ran into the side of my car. They were responsive, thorough, and worked closely and effectively with a local middle pennisula (VA) body shop. Yes, I would recommend Allstate.

Helping me to get the right Insurance

I had been with Nationwide for 30 years. After my agent retired I never heard from them again. Outside of billing there was no contact and the cost was so high. I really needed to reduce my insurance cost so I talked to Rhonda, who was recommended by my mother. She is super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was able to cut my insurance cost by more than half. I love the milewise where you pay by what you drive essentially. It was easy to get set up, all documents were signed electronically. The app is pretty easy to use and houses all my documents.

The only con so far is responses to questions are super slow. It seems an average of a week to reply to emails. I would hope for a same day reply or the next day even if it's to say I received your email and it will take XX amount of time for me to reply. Something like that.

It's been a great experience and I really would recommend them to anyone who asks!
