“In the cellar and through the mysterious door you enter into a great looking space with a lot of attention to detail. That detail stopped at the bar and the restrooms. The “craft cocktails” that were tried lacked flavor and I have never had a manhattan served in a martini glass. The bathrooms were really bad which surprised me based on the Google rating of a current 4.6. Also, the fact that the mens restroom door is backwards made me giggle- No one said- “fix it” .”

I lived across the street in the AVA building and it was truly a "convenient" store when I had late night cravings, or even felt the urge to treat the leasing staff at AVA. The cashiers are nice enough as a gas station attendant. One even lived in near my hometown in Florida, so we connected off of that. These poor reviews do not reflect the foot traffic / convenience of this gas station. Overall, this gas station is a good / safe one to use.”

“I'm in this McDonald's a couple times a day because I work outside a lot & this is a convenient place to use the bathroom & get warmed up. They don't mind if I only use the bathroom either, which it is nice to not feel pressured to buy something. The staff is always super friendly & they speak good English as a second language. I recommend this McDonald's if you're looking fast, friendly service & good food.”
