“Just wanted to give a shout-out to the pharmacist (I think his name is Doug). After waiting over 2 weeks for my doctor's office to approve additional refills on a routine medication (one I take daily and had to go without for a week because the office failed to respond to the pharmacy or me), then seeing my doctor and having them send the new Rx to the WRONG pharmacy (still unsure how they managed this when they clearly already had the information from my previous Rx), Doug was extremely patient and helpful with continuing to contact my doctor's office and the other pharmacy, and even managed to get the medication ready within 30 minutes of me first contacting him and realizing that the Rx had been sent to the wrong place.
