“I used aides from Griswold for over a year while I was recovering from spinal fusion and hip surgeries. Much of the time I needed 24-hour care so I had lots of different women who came. They did an excellent job in sending me competent, caring aides who had to bathe and dress me, prepare meals, monitor my physical therapy and do light housekeeping. The last aide I had, Agnes Sarpong, I had the longest time, and she was exceptional. She drove me to my twice weekly PT sessions and helped me in many ways above and beyond the call of duty. “Was really pleased with the repair done on my dress shoes. My favorite pair of dress shoes were very worn, and one had a hole on the sole. These were the shoes I got married in, so they carried sentimental value (hence not just purchasing a new pair). The price of the repair was not cheap, but I would say it was very fair. Had the soles and heals replaced on both shoes. The new parts are clearly made of good material and were thicker than the original. Plus, they polished the shoes. They now look brand new! Very pleased with the services provided. Plus, Ricardo was very pleasant. Highly recommend!”
