“This is our 1st time with any of our children joining martial arts. I was hesitant to let my son join but finding this gym was a blessing. My son Robert absolutely loves it and Coach Ashley and Coach Gabe are amazing with the kids. Its not only the coaches either, the parents are all very nice too! The coaches do an absolutely great job with making everyone feel comfortable 100% of the time. My son has learned so much and he looks forward to going to class ( even gets him off his games!). I'm a self admittedly over protective mom and it takes alot for me to be comfortable with people around my children. This gym made a world of difference for us. They answered all my questions and assured me that he was in good hands. “I had a part from an independent store in Los Angeles California to return for a core. The clerk there said I could return it at any store and get my money back. He was wrong. When I needed a part again I came to this store and was waited on by the store manager, David, who informed me that the part must be from a supplier he can't use because his corporate store log in couldn't find the part number and because of that he couldn't take it and give me my core fee back at first, but after a little effort on his part to manuever through their system somehow found a way to help me here instead of turning me away and sending me back to the west coast for my money because the computer said to. Awesome customer service!! Will definitely be doing more business with napa now than I did before.”
