Westlake Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery - Round Rock

First time here and Dr. Mosley was great. She treated me like family and listened to everything I had to say. The people in the office were very helpful as well.

Dr Sandoval is very professional and thorough with her recommendations. She takes the time to acknowledge you and ask about your concerns. The staff/receptionists, and the office has a nice ambiance that is very relaxing. Receptionist are prompt and takes care of you when checking out of facility. I was able to make appointment same day. We also take our son here for medical treatments, so they’re kid friendly as well. They also sell other dermatology/cosmetic items, and send emails on discounts and cosmetic treatment offers from time to time.

I have personally had great experiences with Westlake dermatology in round rock. From having full body mole checks, mole biopsy, and treatment for rosacea, they have been incredibly helpful. I recently had a $0 copay based on a referral for my prescriptions. Based on this, when my young daughter started having preteen acne I knew I would take her here. Dr. Sandoval went above and beyond with her skills as a dermatologist. She empowered my daughter by asking her what about washing her face she didn’t like etc. and together they came up with a treatment plan! My daughter was so excited to wash her face and use the products they decided on. I suffered from severe acne growing up and I left the office feeling like we were in good hands for the future. I cannot recommend Westlake dermatology enough! Thank you!!

They are amazing! I have psoriasis and have been taking Otezla which has really helped out. I'm starting a new job and was trying to get an extra refills of my medication but the insurance wouldn't allow it. Mandy the nurse I spoke with was amazing and provided me with samples until I get my new insurance. Mandy has been beyond helpful and caring with my situation. The staff is always polite, Sue up front is very sweet :) Thanks for your help!
