“Heard a rumor this place had great breakfast tacos, so I had to check them out. Employees use a buffet lineup of the usual egg, bacon, potatoes, etc… I ordered, as usual, a 2 taco serving. The bacon, egg, and cheese taco was more like a burrito coming in at just over a 1/2lb each. Yes I weighed them. One taco will get the job done. The egg, bacon, and cheese tasted like real egg, bacon, and cheddar cheese! These breakfast tacos aren’t cheap, but now they too my list of the best breakfast tacos in the Round Rock area! My list is comprised of quicker, or grab and go, places instead of sit down restaurants. A must try y’all…😁”

“Last September we decided it was time for our 8yr old to learn to ride. Asked our riding friends in the North Austin area for a "Barn" recommendation. Almost unanimously, they recommended Paul Cates Stables. Very friendly & professional staff, Bo, Craig, Paul, Staff & Teenage volunteers are amazing! The horses are beautiful, well trained & safe for children. Excellent location, I highly recommend Paul Cates Stables. If I could give more stars I would!”
